My Story

With a wealth of experience, knowledge and expertise in coaching, teaching, and mentoring leaders, Funmi creates opportunities for them to take leadership roles and achieve their full potential. Her journey in leadership development spans over three decades, touching lives across multiple sectors and continents.

 

As founder of The Vine Grace Academy, she has inspired and empowered young adults to actualise their potential, providing them with the tools, guidance, and support needed to navigate the complexities of adolescence and early adulthood with confidence and purpose.

 

Funmi’s holistic approach to coaching draws from both professional excellence and personal experience. As a medical professional, she understands the demands of high-stakes leadership. As a mother to three great young adults, she brings authentic insight into the challenges and opportunities of guiding the next generation.

 

Funmi is married to Dr. John Bankole, and together they have built a family centered on values, growth, and service. This personal foundation informs her coaching philosophy: that true leadership success encompasses both professional achievement and personal fulfillment.
